Delivery
To avoid damage, prints are sent unmounted in a postal tube. A delivery charge of £7.00 will be added to your order at the checkout.
Please allow 28 days for delivery as Giclée prints are individually printed and may not be in stock at the time of ordering. We endeavour to process orders immediately but in the unlikely event of a print or materials being out of stock we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date.

Shipping and insurance on original paintings is charged at cost and advised before you make payment.
VAT
VAT at 17.5% must be added to all orders from within the European Union. This will happen at the checkout. Orders from outside the EU will not have VAT added.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your print, please return it to us within 7 days in perfect condition and in the original packaging, for a refund (less postage). Please obtain proof of posting, and insurance where appropriate.
Buying Original Paintings
If you'd like to buy an original work, please contact us rather than paying online, to check that it hasn't recently been sold and not yet updated on the website. We can also check the carriage and insurance rates for you, depending on the destination.

The copyright in all images on this site and any prints or originals supplied remains with John Walsom. These images may not be reproduced in any way without permission.
Payment
We use PayPal to process online payments to give you the benefit of their secure payment systems. You don't need a Paypal account, you can pay with any major credit or debit card. We at the John Walsom Gallery have no access at any time to your card details.
